Preamble

Our Founding Truth

Veer Bhartiya Party is founded on one truth: every Indian citizen deserves a government that is accountable, transparent, and relentlessly focused on their daily lives.

This manifesto is a legal contract with the people of Bharat. Every commitment carries a fixed timeline, a named enforcement mechanism, and a penalty for failure. No exceptions.

We govern by two principles: Neeyat (intent) and Kabiliyat (capability). Both are mandatory. One without the other is not enough.

8 sections. 51 commitments. Every one backed by a timeline and a penalty.

B2 · Deep Dive The Anti-Corruption Firewall

Internal Currency System

A separate, government-only currency that makes bribery structurally impossible. Read the architecture →

Core Idea
A government-only Internal Sarkari Currency (ISC) for all govt employees and judges. Bribery made structurally difficult through controlled inflow architecture while preserving full spending freedom.
How It Works
All govt employees and judges receive salaries in ISC. ISC is backed 1:1 by the Indian Rupee and issued only by the Government of India through RBI-regulated infrastructure. ISC is fully spendable anywhere in India through existing digital payment systems. Merchants, businesses, and service providers receive normal INR exactly as they do today. Payment gateways automatically resolve ISC into INR at settlement level, making the system invisible to merchants and consumers.
The Firewall
The restriction applies only to incoming transfers: no private citizen, business, contractor, lobbyist, or external entity can directly transfer or deposit ISC into the account of a govt employee or judge. Only the Government of India may issue ISC.
For Judges Specifically
Judges' salary is paid via institutional escrow in ISC. Judges are additionally subject to enhanced financial disclosure and conflict-of-interest monitoring mechanisms defined by law.
Convertibility
On retirement or resignation, ISC converts into INR through a transparent and audited process.
Timeline
Legal + RBI framework: 6 months. Tech system + merchant network: 18 months. Pilot (select officers): 24 months. Judges on ISC: 30 months (2.5 years). All govt employees on ISC: 36 months (3 years).
